Pusat Fajar Electronics is looking for a dedicated Assistant Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the commis chef in preparing food for our restaurant. This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in food portioning and plating.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff.,Perform other duties as assigned by the commis chef or restaurant manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a commis chef or similar role is preferred.,Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
