📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data for infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and local authorities to ensure project compliance and timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and drawings.
- Support the implementation of sustainable practices in infrastructure development.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of existing infrastructure within the plantation.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to team efforts in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering or related roles, preferably in plantation or agricultural infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and best practices in civil engineering.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Understanding of sustainable infrastructure practices is a plus.
