PT Astrid Gading is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics activities, manage a team of logistics staff, and ensure that all logistics operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods.,Handle and resolve logistics-related issues and escalate to the Logistics Manager as necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.,Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
