Zone Local Ekspansindo is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
