📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees in the use of IT systems and software.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and infrastructure.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to new employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
