📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in stock management and ensure product availability.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Train and mentor new retail staff on sales techniques and customer service.,Assist in organizing and participating in retail promotions and events.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the retail sales floor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and customer service principles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian, with basic English skills.
