📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the R&D team to develop innovative textile products.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the textile industry.,Oversee the testing and quality control of textile products to ensure they meet industry standards.,Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality materials and components.,Develop and implement strategies to improve product performance and reduce costs.,Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Present research findings and recommendations to senior management.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile industry, with a focus on R&D.,Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and materials.,Proven track record of successful R&D projects and product development.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with industry software and tools is a plus.
