📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems in chemical processing facilities.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.,Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment history.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on electrical and instrumentation systems.,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance projects and ensuring system reliability.,Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including control panels, motors, drives, and instrumentation devices.,Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards, such as OSHA and NFPA.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
