ACMV / Ducting Drafter - Engineering Design Specialist

As an ACMV / Ducting Drafter, you will work closely with our engineering team to translate complex design concepts into accurate and detailed drawings. You will use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality drawings that meet our clients' requirements and industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings for ACMV systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and other drafters to ensure drawings are complete and error-free.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit to produce precise and detailed drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes in design specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain drawing packages for project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to discuss and resolve technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drafting, particularly in ACMV or ducting systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in creating detailed technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes, such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, and IFC.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in relevant software or industry standards is a plus.
