📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftersales service engineering or a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using service management software such as SAP Service Management or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
