📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
