As a Captain at Shop Bold Cemerlang, you will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our store, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales associates, ensuring they meet daily sales targets.,Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and store cleanliness.,Train and develop sales associates to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.,Promote the store and its products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in retail.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
