📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the vessel's operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Coordinate with the crew to maintain the vessel's schedule and efficiency.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance, and other operational metrics.,Handle crew management tasks, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Assist in emergency situations and ensure the safety of the crew and vessel.,Maintain accurate records of all vessel activities and operations.,Support the Captain in decision-making processes related to vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or Deputy Captain in maritime operations.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate or equivalent.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Proficient in English and local language.,Familiarity with maritime software and navigation systems.,Experience with vessel maintenance and repair.
