📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of food and beverage services.,Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.,Oversee the preparation and service of meals and beverages to guests.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of F&B service policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.,Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
