📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees for various positions within the company.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the company culture and job requirements.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
