📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage pollution control measures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
• Develop and implement environmental safety protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of pollution control strategies.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to maintain a strong environmental compliance record.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental safety practices.
• Analyze environmental data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the timely reporting of environmental incidents and the implementation of corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental safety and pollution control.
• Certification in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian government.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the energy sector and its environmental impact is a plus.
