📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace conditions.,Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Collaborate with department heads to address any HR-related issues or concerns.,Represent the company at HR-related events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and improving employee satisfaction.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
