📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor retail sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using sales software and data analysis tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
