📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure our products align with their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in product operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
