In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for helping users understand complex technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
