📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process Underwriting Approval (UAT) requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle Quotation processes, including data entry, verification, and follow-up with clients.,Coordinate with sales and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of UAT and Quotation requests.,Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for sales and underwriting teams.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and administrative processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role in the insurance or financial industry.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with insurance or financial industry processes and terminology.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
