📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is accurately recorded.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping area.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of displays and merchandise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills are a plus.
