📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees,Collaborate with managers to integrate training into the overall performance management process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
