📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain can-making machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize machinery performance and productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure high-quality packaging products.
• Contribute to training and mentoring junior staff on machinery operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Can Making Mechanic or similar role in the packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of can-making machinery, including Siemens and Bosch PLC systems.
• Certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for machinery troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
