Coinbase is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance, Threat & Risk Assessment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential threats, and assessing risks to our business. This is a remote position based in the USA.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.,Monitor and report on compliance and risk management activities to senior management.,Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that our compliance programs are adapted accordingly.,Lead and mentor a team of compliance and risk assessment professionals.,Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of and understand their compliance and risk management responsibilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or a related discipline.,5-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with a focus on financial services or technology.,Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA Patriot Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).,Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is a plus.
