📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities for luxury residential properties.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure timely and effective service.
• Collaborate with property management and guest services teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property maintenance and operations.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and ensuring high standards of service.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as ServiceMax, Workplace, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality and property management best practices.
• Certification in property maintenance or a related field is a plus.
