📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist registered nurses in providing patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Perform basic patient assessments and document patient information accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following infection control protocols.
- Assist with the preparation and administration of medications, following safe medication practices.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, respecting their dignity and privacy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in homecare or clinical settings.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
