📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track overdue accounts using our in-house CRM system and Excel
- Follow up on overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and visits
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes with customers
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve collections
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor collections performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
