📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement enterprise-level agricultural strategies tailored to the needs of local farmers and agribusinesses.
• Conduct market analysis and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance farm productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with local farmers, agribusinesses, and government stakeholders to implement innovative agricultural solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agricultural initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agricultural technology and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting the impact and success of agricultural initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise agriculture, farm management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful agricultural strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in agricultural software and tools, such as Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS), GIS, and ERP systems.
• Certification in enterprise agriculture or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
