You’ll greet customers with a smile, take orders efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be quick on your feet and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service from the moment they enter the restaurant.
• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring all items are delivered promptly and correctly.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and discreetly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations.
• Assist with cash handling and payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Promote our menu items and specials to encourage customer orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Server (Waitstaff) in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
