📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for national digital transformation, aligning with the provincial government’s vision and national digital agenda.
• Oversee the deployment and management of digital government platforms, including e-Government, e-Health, and e-Education.
• Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital technologies into government operations, enhancing efficiency and service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, providing regular reports to the Governor and other provincial officials.
• Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement within the provincial government.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international digital forums and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with national and international digital standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record in leading and managing large-scale digital projects.
• Certification in digital governance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital government platforms and technologies, including e-Government, e-Health, and e-Education.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
