📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for fleet operations, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of fleet performance, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel.
• Conduct regular fleet audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor fleet management teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fleet management, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
• Certification in Fleet Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software, such as SAP Fleet Management, Manugistics, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for fleet optimization.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong understanding of maritime and logistics industry regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
