📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Monitor and maintain data centre performance, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect our data centre and client data.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional support to our clients.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of data centre operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for data centre operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre management or a similar role.
• Certifications in data centre management, such as CompTIA Data Center Essentials (DCE), are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data centre hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Xen.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
